Another exciting, and long-time coming, project getting closer to being underway is the development of the Serene Conservancy (formerly known as the Strippgen property) site located at 5550 Indiana St. The Prospect Foundation approved the design and project scope, confirming the project is within the established Conservation Easement for the property, at their annual meeting in June. PRPD is now working with Jefferson County officials to obtain the required development permits and hopes to begin construction in 2022. Here is a link to the conceptual renderings.
