Effective February 6th, Jefferson County moved to Level Yellow on the CDPHE’s COVID color dial.  What this means for Prospect Recreation & Park District:

We will begin taking reservations for the Arbor House, Kendrick Cottage, outdoor picnic pavilions (excluding Maple Grove and Crestview), and Sports fields.  Please call our district office at 303.424.2346 or send a reservation request here:  https://www.prospectdistrict.org/reserve/

Arbor House:

All events booked while in the Yellow Level will be required to be outdoor events only with a maximum capacity per event will be 30 people.  The indoor facility will be available for the use of restrooms, food storage, and distribution ONLY.  All tables and chairs will be removed from the facility, minus the buffet tables.  Masks are REQUIRED outdoors when social distancing (at least 6 feet) cannot be maintained.

Kendrick Cottage:

Picnic Pavilions (Tanglewood, Applewood, Fairmount, Prospect Park & Arena):

Maximum capacity for these locations will be 30 people. Masks are REQUIRED outdoors when social distancing (at least 6 feet) cannot be maintained.

Playgrounds (All Parks):

Playgrounds are limited to 25 children at a time. Please limit time to allow access to playground equipment.

Sports Fields (All Parks):

Tennis Courts:
Maximum capacity of 25 people at a time.  Courts are first come first serve unless reserved ahead of time.

As health orders fluctuate, we will adjust our capacity numbers accordingly and this page will be updated regularly.
