Other Arbor House Details

There are tables and chairs set up to accommodate seventy (70) people at the beginning of every event.  Although seventy seats is what the Arbor House is set up with, that does not necessarily fill the building's capacity.  Please call the District to discuss the specifics of your event and how we can accommodate your guests.

A kitchen is also available for your use at the Arbor House.  There is a refrigerator, dishwasher, sink, microwave, and plenty of counter space.  However, there is no oven or stove available for your use.  In the patio area on the east side of the building there are two charcoal grills.

*The District does not provide catering, dishes, or linens.

Arbor House Permit is subject to the following regulations:

PARK ENVIRONMENT:

Part of the Arbor House's beauty is its location.  Situated on approximately 11 acres at Maple Grove Park, enhances the experience.  Although you have exclusive use of the Arbor House, please keep in mind that the park is never closed to the public.  The picnic shelter and athletic fields are also available for reservation separate from the Arbor House.  If these areas are not reserved by a group, it's first come, first serve.  You and your guests can also enjoy the other park amenities, such as the playground, basketball court, volleyball, horseshoes, and lawn areas.  We ask that you alert your guests that the park is open to the public at all times.
