New recreational opportunities are on the way, thanks to an intergovernmental agreement between Prospect and APEX Park and Recreation District. 

Prospect Recreation & Park District residents can take advantage of resident rates on many APEX programs and activities. With an APEX resident I.D. card Prospect residents will receive discounts on all APEX offerings except:

The only exceptions are:   Prospect residents will pay the non-resident at Indian Tree Golf Course. Annual memberships are not available to Prospect residents.

Prospect/APEX ID cards are $5 for two years and will be available from APEX after April 1st.  At that time Prospect Recreation & Park District Residents will need to bring a copy of their current year Property Tax Statement (and valid Photo ID) to the Apex Center reception desk to receive any of the above described special rates.  If you have lost or can not find your current Property Tax Statement, you may obtain a replacement through the Jefferson County Treasurer's Office by calling (303) 271-8330.

The summer activities guide will be distributed in mid-May to all APEX facilities and the Prospect Recreation & Park District office. You can also check it out on our website, www.apexprd.org If you have your resident ID, you'll be eligible for the discount when you register online. In addition, APEX/Prospect resident ID cardholders automatically receive APEX brochures in the mail, beginning with the next published issue published after your ID card is issued.
