14600 W. 32nd Ave. The Arbor House is situated in a beautiful park setting. It seats 70, has a kitchen with a sink, refrigerator, microwave and dishwasher, and a beautiful stone fireplace. Included with rental of the Arbor House are a gazebo/patio and a covered patio with three picnic tables and two BBQ grills. The Arbor House is ADA accessible. Perfect for any occasion!		5414 Kendrick Court The Kendrick Cottage provides seating for 36. Like the Arbor House, Kendrick Cottage house has a sink, refrigerator, microwave, and dishwasher. The beautiful east facing deck looks out on Crestview Park, and has outdoor seating and a large BBQ grill. The Kendrick Cottage is ADA accessible. Come check out Prospect's newest gem!

Located on the west side of the Denver metro area, Prospect Recreation & Park District (PRPD) is a Colorado Title 32 Special District with a property tax mill levy of three mills.
PRPD serves an area of northern Jefferson County that is largely unincorporated, including the communities of Applewood and Fairmount, as well as the Denver West Office Park.
PRPD has seven developed parks; two indoor facilities can be rented for meetings, family reunions, holiday gatherings, and a variety of other functions.
PRPD is committed to providing the highest quality facilities, programs, and services to the citizens of our District and to other patrons.
